Coaching work is always tailored to your needs and challenges. Together, we find skills and systems that work for your style and life.
Committing to a set of sessions fosters buy-in and accountability for long-term habit formation and behavioral change. Sessions are weekly and typically include one email check-in between sessions. We aim to make progress on specific items chosen during the intake process and first meeting conversation.
Commitment Options:
3 Sessions, weekly for 60 minutes: $450
This package is best for someone who wants an executive functioning tune-up with some fresh ideas for skills and systems. The intake process is more extensive, so I can arrive at our first session with proposed topic areas to workshop together. We work together so that you leave the last session with 1-2 clear goals for the future. After 3 sessions, we evaluate needs for accountability and future support. (This package can also be helpful for a parent or partner of someone who wants some guidance in supporting a loved one with more extensive executive functioning challenges.)
5 Sessions $725, weekly 45-minute sessions with an email check-in between sessions
This package is best for someone who wants to spend time working on the breadth of executive functioning skills or who hasn’t yet found skills and systems that work for them. An intake survey helps you reflect before our sessions, but we spend time talking together to identify priority areas for support and work from there. 5-session packages include a weekly email check-in between sessions.
10 Sessions: $1,400, weekly 45-minute sessions with an email check-in between sessions
This package is best for someone who would like ongoing accountability support once we establish executive functioning goals together. We begin by setting long-term goals, experimenting with different skills and systems, and establishing an ongoing, supportive process to assess growth. This usually begins with weekly meetings and moves to bi-weekly, including scheduled email check-ins.
Rates above include:
The intake process:
I gather information from you and put together an individualized draft plan for our work. We discuss goals during our first meeting. Goal work can be general or specific based on client needs and desires.
The number of meetings chosen:
Meetings are weekly, preferably in person. For those needing ongoing support, meetings can move to every other week after a designated # of sessions, as agreed upon by both parties.
Check-ins between sessions: (when appropriate)
Check-ins take place asynchronously on a scheduled day. Usually I send a prompt or questions, and a client response fosters reflective accountability. This can also include cc-ing a therapist, partner, or other support professional.
Final Meeting Goal Sheet:
You will leave our work with 1-2 clearly stated goals about your executive functioning intentions for the future. Goals are S.M.A.R.T. (specific, measurable,….. time bound)
