My coaching content and approach are highly tailored to each student and family.
Committing to a set of sessions fosters buy-in and accountability for long-term habit formation and behavioral change. Sessions are held consecutively and weekly, when possible. Prepaying for your package represents “buying your timeslot.”
Commitment Options:
5 Sessions $750: includes the intake process* & weekly 50-minute sessions:
This package is best for a student who hasn’t found skills and systems that work for them yet. An intake survey helps you reflect before our sessions, but we spend time talking together to figure out priority areas for support and work from there. We usually have a 5-minute parent check-in at the end of the session to keep everyone on the same page about our work and potential accountability support at home.
10 Sessions $1,400: includes the intake process* & weekly 50-minute sessions with an email check-in between sessions (billed in 2 parts)
This package is best for someone who would like to reserve their timeslot for ongoing accountability support once we establish executive functioning goals together. We begin by working with with different skills and systems, and establishing an ongoing supportive process for assessing growth. This usually begins with weekly meetings and can move to bi-weekly, including scheduled email check-ins.
The above rates include:
The intake process:*
I gather information from you and put together an individualized draft plan for our work. This includes a parent/guardian survey, student survey, and optional teacher/therapist/counselor survey. We discuss areas of focus during our first meeting, which can evolve during our conversations. Goal work can be general or specific based on student needs.
The number of meetings chosen:
Meetings are weekly, preferably in person. For those needing ongoing support, meetings can move to every other week after a designated # of sessions, as agreed upon by both parties.
Check-ins between sessions: (when appropriate)
Check-ins take place asynchronously via email. Usually I send a prompt or questions, and the student and/or parent responds to foster reflective accountability. This can also include cc-ing a teacher or therapist.
