I tailor the plan to each student’s needs.
College coaching begins with an intake process that includes an interview. Together, we set goals and a meeting schedule. Sessions focus on practicing skills related to these goals through practical application and conversation.
I work with students who have a learning difference diagnosis, such as ADHD or dyslexia, and those who just need a tune-up in the skills that support success and balance in college and beyond.
I encourage buy-in as students adopt new skills and systems by giving them a voice in what works best for them. The goal is for students to become independent and empowered, viewing challenges as opportunities and setbacks as chances to reflect and grow.
I am passionate about providing support that helps students build positive lifelong habits and achieve their goals.
